Professor
The Professor will provide academic leadership and contribute to teaching, clinical/practical education, research, student mentoring, curriculum development, and departmental administration. The candidate will be expected to promote academic excellence, research culture and professional development within the department.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in the concerned/relevant/allied discipline.
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized University/College/Research Institution or equivalent position, as applicable.
- Evidence of quality research publications and scholarly contributions.
- Candidates must fulfil the applicable UGC, University and relevant statutory/regulatory body norms
Associate Professor
The Associate Professor will contribute to teaching, clinical/practical training, research, academic development, student mentoring, and departmental administration. The candidate will be expected to maintain high standards of academic and professional excellence and actively contribute to the development of the department.

- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized University/College/Research Institution or equivalent position, excluding the period spent on obtaining the research degree, wherever applicable.

- Candidates must fulfil the applicable UGC, University and relevant statutory/regulatory body norms. UGC's published Associate Professor criteria include a Ph.D., 55% Master's-level qualification, and eight years of teaching/research experience, with publication requirements under the applicable regulations.
Assistant Professor
The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching, practical/clinical training, student mentoring, assessment, research and departmental academic activities. The candidate should demonstrate strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills and a commitment to student development.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in the relevant/allied discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade, wherever applicable.
- Ph.D./NET/SLET/SET or other qualification as prescribed by the applicable regulatory norms, wherever applicable.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching/clinical/research experience is desirable; fresh candidates with strong academic credentials may also be considered where permitted.
- Valid professional registration, wherever applicable.
- Candidates must fulfil the applicable UGC, University and relevant Regulatory Council norms.
